What changes the price

  • Slope: our prices are for level ground. A sloped lot needs extra grading, fill, forming or steps, so it is priced after we see the site.
  • Removing old concrete: removal and haul-off adds $4–$8 per sq ft.
  • Thickness and steel: thicker slabs, rebar and heavier loads (RVs, shops) cost more.
  • Site prep: fill and drainage on soft or low ground.
  • Finish: stamped, colored or decorative finishes cost more than broom finish.
  • Access: tight backyards where a truck cannot reach may need a pump or wheelbarrows.
  • Foundations: a house foundation needs engineered plans, and post-tension or pier foundations cost more than a basic slab-on-grade.
